Healthy snacks and pizza Fridays

This weekend I tried a few new snacks that I saw randomly on social media and tried a different method for the weekend pizza that I like to make as an easy dinner that my family loves.  I first tried possibly the easiest snack to put together which is like a rice cake sandwich. I've seen some with nutella and banana slices or Guacamole with boiled or fried egg. I choose to go with chunky peanut butter and a drizzle of honey with 2 unsalted rice cakes. It was really good and full of protein. I have been wanting more protein rich snacks to help maintain my gains 💪🏽 Another snack that I might implement for my sweet and sour cravings is the Oui dairy free yogurts. I've tried the vanilla one before but this time I tried the Strawberry (and later tried some of the Mango one that my husband got) It was good as well. Weekly Vlogs & Blogposts

I've started to do weekly weekend vlogs on my second youtube channel since it's my lifestyle channel. I want my main channel to be the channel that I make stuff on and do reviews on. I'm trying to do my Vlogs in a way that is aesthetic and pleasing to look at and that in itself has been a challenge. I'm learning as I make content and watch content that it similar to what I want to make. I also want to start posting my videos here so that I can explain more on certain things and talk more. Start the year off right! Free Planners & Trackers

 Over the past year I started making some planners and trackers on Google Sheets. My goal was to create planners that were cute and easily accessible for me. I can have every Google application on almost every device I own so this is my preferred way to keep trackers. Also, it's all free!  For most of my events I just prefer to use Google calendar because it's easily sharable but for daily or weekly tasks I like to use my planners. If I'm going through and making meticulous lists and/or breaking down the tasks into smaller tasks i use my planner that I made on Google Sheets. I also made meal and content planners.  I will make a workout tracker and a more generic budget later on because I realize that I want to track my workouts and that my budget planner is way to specific. Happy New Year

2022 was a year of ups and downs. I saw a lot of good and bad changes in both work and life that will change how I do things this year. I won't go into a lot of detail because these are all really minor tweaks here and there. This year I want to do more without overextending myself. Last year I tried to work, go to school, be a good mom, and actually enjoy things I couldn't before. Of course, work and being a mom took precedence over the other things and there was really only 1 slot left for me. If I can only focus on one 3rd major life implementation. I have to be serious and understand that I can't go half way.  This does not include the minor things that I've been trying to improve such as learning to drive, create a social media presence, and give myself a sustainable morning/night routine.  I cut my hair the week before new years  Career- This year is a pivotal year for my career. December 2022 Check-in

I am back and hopefully more consistent. I have been busy with work and school so I have had little downtime.  I am actually excited for the holidays this year, mostly because I'm committed to decorating and doing Christmas activities. I have been doing Vlogmas in the form of YouTube shorts on my main channel. This year I'm actually able to do things like advent calendars and ginger bread houses. This year I saved up to get a decent pre-lit Christmas tree and I have the theme of mostly gold and red in mind.  These past few months have been very busy but I haven't posted much. I'm trying to get back into the swing of making content. I get hung up on the editing sometimes because there's so much I wish I'd have done differently when I watch it back. This past October I turned 25 and my youngest turned 1. We had cake and sang happy birthday. Me and my husband went to get sushi while my mum watched the kids. So I've been trying to do weekly check-ins, but I might as well just do monthly because I'm so chaotic that I can't keep a schedule that makes any sense. The only thing that I could schedule and keep normal is my work schedule because that's not something I get to decide. So, of all the chaotic things that I cannot schedule, the one thing that I can schedule and I will say, has been going, well, is my workout routines and my ability to stay in shape and eat decently enough. I 'd like to do a couple of posts on my workout routines because I've found a good split that works well for me. And I feel like I'm seeing a really good difference. My physique is getting to almost perfectly the way I want it to be, although you, of course, you want to get more mass as if you know what I mean.  So, my skincare has been dumbed down in a way where it's just products that I know work. I tried the Glow Recipe Niacinamide Dew Drops

So I tried the niacinamide dew drops from glow recipe. I think it's a really good serum but I do think that is really expensive for what it is. The consistency is a little thicker than the serums that I'm used to. So, I required more to spread across my face in a nice even layer. I enjoyed the smell and even the taste, I didn't mean to taste it but i did. So I believe that it's good but I don't feel like it's like anything crazy.  For the niacinamide in the dew drops. I've don't feel like it was strong enough. I was able to use this for about almost two weeks. One of those weeks I was on my period and as you know hormonal acne goes rampant during your period. I did not see any help from the niacinamide and even after my period was over and usually my face starts to clear up. I did not feel like it was any faster than it normally would have been so if you're looking for it to help your acne, I personally don't think that it helped with that.  I ju...
