My Favorite active wear basics

Image
First item is a 3 pack of spirits bras that comes with removable padding. These are good basic bras with cute straps in the back. I recommend that you remove the padding before you wash them. They also come in a pack of bright colors.  https://amzn.to/3Qg8yDA The next item is cropped tank top. It comes in a 4 pack and you have quite a few color options to choose from. I always get my go to colors black, gray, some type of blue, and white. These are good quality thickness without being heavy but don't necessarily need to be used as active wear. They work as normal crops too.  https://amzn.to/3q2w9NF Next for those who aren't always in a crop mood or aren't comfortable in a crop, we have these short sleeve moisture wicking shirts. A 3-pack because I like to have a variety. These are good and stretchy I wore these before, during, and after my pregnancy and it has held up good as new. You can also style these like crop tops too. h

Exploring Colorado

Good morning,  I have lived in Colorado for 3 years but I didn't really explore any of it. Two days ago I actually went around the state and saw some cool stuff. We picked up a family member from the airport and went to Misaki sushi for a quick bite. It was really good! I got the unagi sashimi and chicken kaarage. The appearance of the  chicken looked dry but it was SOOOO good and I already knew that the unagi would be good 👌🏽 My husband got the dynamite roll and the dragon ball roll. Everyone else got spicy tuna roll, salmon roll and gyoza. The seemed to enjoy it. The next day we went to the Garden of the God's and the Cave of the winds. Garden of the God's was a nice hike with beautiful red rocks and mountainous trails. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.  After Garden of the Gods we went to Slice 420 to kill some time before the Cave tour. We got the moun

Supplements for MAXIMUM Muscle Building

Image
I have been working out for over 10 years now and there are two things I've learned about meeting your goals: consistency in your workouts and consistency in your nutrition. Do today I will tell you don't of the supplements that I take and why.  100% Whey protein powder .  The brand I've used the most is Optimum Nutrition and I prefer the flavors Banana cream and vanilla ice cream. They both taste creamy in a way that fits well with the taste that whey protein naturally has. I use it to supplement the amount of protein that I usually need throughout the day. I usually have a hard time feeling like I've eaten enough protein in workout days if I don't have one. I have also noticed a good improvement in strength building from it. Link to purchase: https://amzn.to/3Or9nrT Creatine I use the Optimum nutrition creatine powder. I find it gritty but not too noticeable when mixed with a thick beverage. I tend to add it to my protein shakes
