This past month, I participated in a 30-Day challenge to go on a Hot Girl Walk everyday. I did this challenge because I'm a bit of a home body and since I built a gym in my garage, I've been staying home a lot more. I wasn't doing enough cardio or getting out in the sun enough and this was a good way to build those good habits. I started by walking with my kids but as my walks got longer the kids weren't able to keep up with the pace and distance. I also started going on walks through scenic parks around Colorado when I could. Since I moved here I've been focused on work and family so I wasn't able to actually explore what it has to offer so this was a good change of pace. I am on maternity leave so this is really the only time that I'll be able to do this kind of thing especially when came at this window of my recovery. It really was a good experience over all the brand that organized it (Sunzel, @sunzelofficial_ on IG) was nice and so were the other girls
